Fenugreek – a Powerful Phytoestrogen |

I have now had my naturally grown female breasts for several years. After reaching their current C cup size, they have not changed much. I guess, they are a little less perky, as they are starting to round down a little bit, but that is the normal progression of breasts. And I still love having them.
When I first realized that it was possible to have my breasts by natural means. Via phytoestrogens. I started taking them as recommended. I was very conscientious about taking the supplements every day as well as using a breast enlarging cream.
I reached my current size in about 6-7 months, but continued the commercial products for a year or so. I then switched to a homemade cream and selectively took particular herbs that contain plant estrogens like fenugreek.
Sometimes in that second year, I stopped taking and applying anything and my breasts stayed.
Now it is my understanding that results become permanent in about the 6th month of taking plant estrogens via creams or supplements or both. Certainly, the majority of my growth occurred during that time. But I kept on because I wanted to make sure I kept my breasts and I did not want to take a chance on back sliding.
And, while taking the phytoestrogens, I felt different in a way that was very nice. I did not want to give up that feeling. Which is a state I still experience every so often, like today while I type this. But that first year and the second one were special, in a way, that I am so glad I went through this. Growing breasts did not take away my manhood, it enhanced me.
As I have said before, it was not my desire to transgender completely – just to be a functional male with breasts. And that is who I am. And have been for 6-7 plus years.
One of my worries about my breasts, which you might have, too, is are they actually breasts and not just fatty man boobs.
First of all. the science says that what happened to me is the restructuring of tissue to become breasts as the plant estrogens went to work. They feel like a woman’s breasts based upon my relationship experiences. And my wife, who is a nurse, says they feel the same as the typical female breasts. And she has had years of professional work to back that observation up. And inside, they have so many nerve endings and emotional feelings that I never knew about before. That question, for me is answered, they are as real as any woman’s.
And so is the question about permanence – that is real, too. I have lost weight and gained weight over the last few years, but my breasts basically have stayed like they are today.
So if you are investigating this change for yourself, know that at a certain point, these changes become real and a part of you, in a way I still marvel at.
