The simple answer to your question is “Yes.” It is possible for you to grow breasts through the use of herbal supplements and breasts creams, for example, and still keep functioning male genitals.

While I was in the midst of my male breast enlargement program, I felt more physically and emotionally like a woman. Your body would react by becoming more rounded, softer and less male. It would ultimately make your genitals smaller, too, but they would not disappear.
