How Successful Has Your Breast Enlargement Program Been?

The ability for men to grow or enlarge their breasts has always been with us. Over the last ten years or so, the technology of herbal or animal supplements and breasts creams have become widely known and used. More and more men have experimented and been successful in obtaining feminine breasts.

In my own experience, it took me about 6 months to reach the B cup size and about 9 months to have my breasts, more or less, grow to their current C Cup size.

I continued using herbal supplements beyond 9 months and continued to have small increases in breast tissue, but then let my devotion to the process wain after a year or so.

My poll today is about how successful your efforts have been. Typically, any growth you have had after 3 months and certainly after 6 months is permanent. And by 9 months, I think chances are good that you have come close to your full potential… although growth can continue beyond this time period and everyone’s personal results will vary…

So, I have chosen 9 months as a yard stick… For those of you who have been using a male breast enlargement program for 9 months or more, how big have you gotten?

One concern I had, is how long should I be using phytoestrogens. It was hard for me to stop using them because I didn’t want to take a chance of not reaching my full potential. I am hoping that the data gathered from this pole will serve as a guideline for that question…

Please comment, if you have had lots of growth after 9 months.

Can Men Take Phytoestrogens, Too?

Can Men Take Phytoestrogens, Too?

Yes, men can and should, if they want to grow breasts, like women have. I used phytoestrogens to grow my C cup sized breasts.

So what are phytoestrogens and why do they work on men?

First phytoestrogens are estrogen-like compounds found in plants. When taken as supplements or absorbed via a breast enlarging cream, these compounds act on the body in the same way that the hormones do when released by women during puberty. Phytoestrogens interact with cell receptors in the breast area and turn on the breast growing mechanism. Or for women who already have breasts, they cause their breasts to get bigger.

Men are genetically born with all the cellular requirements needed to grow breasts, but during puberty, male hormones dominate and we gain male characteristics. Still the potential to grow breast remains within us, waiting to be activated, if desired, by phytoestrogens.

Phytoestyrogens are found in several plants you maybe familiar with, such as fennel and fenugreek and even hops. Most breast enhancement supplements and breast creams contain a variety of plant compounds carefully balanced to work synergistically on growing breasts.

There are many manufactures of breast enlargement products, marketed to women, that will work just as well for men. Each may have a slightly different formula, so some may work better for you than others. And, of course, you can create your own phytoestrogen regime.

I recommended Natureday’s Organic Breast Cream as a breast enlarging cream and Total Curve for phytoestogens in a supplement form.

For a man to naturally grow breasts, phytoestrogens are an effective way to go.

Changing Your Breasts – Changing Your Life?

Does Changing Your Breasts Mean Changing Your Life?

For a man – changing your breasts probably means growing breasts in the first place. But once you decide to enlarge your breasts and they start appearing, does that mean your life has to change to reflect the new breasts?

Not necessarily. Of course, if you are growing breasts as part of a transgender change – then sure, this is part of you becoming a physical woman and that is a whole new life. Or if you are planning to start going out with the girls, more in the crossdressing mode, and/or take on other female roles in society – then your new breasts will help you make those changes in your life.

But what if you want to have breasts and still maintain the male role, at least most of the time. Is that possible? Yes.

I have initiated male breast enlargement and have c cup sized breasts. I am married and live a heterosexual life and still lead the same male societal life as before. Mostly…

I do wear clothes that hide my figure. I do not go swimming in public, but otherwise, my work life and my friends and family life are basically the same. Besides my wife – no one knows about my breasts.

I am not ashamed of my body or of being a feman (my gender word for a man with breasts and a more feminine outlook) – I just haven’t had the need to share it or to make it obvious. I must admit. I had plans to do more girl time, but the Republican economic recession that started in 2008 forced me to spend more time on basic survival as opposed to gender exploration.

But the point here is this: If you want to express your new breasts in a public way then go for it. But, unless your physique is such that you cannot hide your breasts, then you can keep them from being obvious and need only share your improvements with those who are most intimate in your life.

My male breast enlargement has been one of the best changes in my life ever, but it has not forced me to make unwanted changes in my life – it has just allowed me to be more of myself.

Let me know your experiences and concerns…
