Breast Enlargement Hypnosis



While growing my breasts, I tried out breast hypnosis. As part of my male breast enlargement program, I would each night, before going to sleep, listen to a breast enlargement hypnosis CD. It was a pretty simple script where I was instructed to picture myself going down a set of stairs – with each step taking me deeper into a trance.

At the bottom of the stairs was a bed, where I would imagine laying down and being very relaxed. I would then close my eyes and picture myself lying on a beach – hearing the waves coming up on the shoreline. I would lay on the beach, shirtless and feeling the sun the warming my breasts and I would see them growing larger… The voice on the CD would also tell me that my breasts were getting bigger. Eventually, I would open my eyes back on the bed, and climb back up the stairs and out of my trance.

Sometimes after doing this, it seemed to me, I could feel my breasts getting bigger. Of course, I was also using a breast enlarging cream and doing the other things I have mentioned here or at my regular website.

I don’t remember exactly where I picked up the hypnosis CD or I would give you the link, but I have noticed that eBay has some breast enlargement hypnosis items for sale. So I have listed those below.

Restarting Your Male Breast Growth

Is there anything is as exciting as seeing and feeling your breasts grow each week? So it can be a huge panic point if things suddenly stop.

Male breast enlargement is not a linear process. Hitting a plateau can be a regular part of breast enlargement.

The good news is that it IS possible to reignite breast growth if you hit a plateau. Here’s how:

1. Try different herbs.

Under normal circumstances, I don’t recommend switching around between herbs. Fenugreek, red clover, and saw palmetto are the foundation of any effective male breast enlargement routine.

However, if breast growth slows, you can often shake things up by introducing a new herb. Try using hops or wild yam in place of red clover or fenugreek.

If you are using a commercial product, try switching brands or type of product pills to cream or visa versa.

2. Intensify your routine.

Just as your body adapts to exercise and needs to be challenged with stronger workouts, so too may you need to intensify your breast enlargement routine over time.

Rather than upping the amount of herbs you are taking, try using PABA. PABA is a natural supplement which has been shown to slow the breakdown of hormones in the body. This intensifies the hormone enhancing effect of herbs.

3. Take a break.

If you’ve been on a breast enlargement routine for awhile and the above suggestions aren’t working, it might be time for a break.

After awhile, the hormone receptors in your breasts may lose their sensitivity and stop responding to herbs.

The solution is to take a break from your male breast enlargement program for several weeks to flush your body of excess herbs and hormones. This resensitizes your hormone receptors so they can respond strongly when you start your routine again.
