Musing About Cup Sizes

As you first embark upon your program of male breast enlargement, you will want to put a tape measure to your chest. As your breasts begin to develop, you will measure again and again as a way of determining your progress.

It is exciting when you can say – “Yes, I am an A Cup.” And that should happen pretty quickly…

When I reached a B Cup, that is when I really knew inside, that this was real – that I had breasts and that I was always going to have breasts. It really works!

Still, It wasn’t until I reached my current C Cup size that anyone really noticed my more feminine shape. A lot of that has to do with my shoulders and general physique. I am very happy with the results, but a part of me wishes I was a little bigger – than I could really stand out – so to speak. Of course, there is much you can do with various bras and clothing…

Yet, whatever results size-wise you actually have, it is having real breasts like women have that truly counts. For me it is the journey – the exploration of my feminine side that continues to fascinate me (actually my breasts do, too.).

The Most Attractive Breast Size According To Science

What do men want? Well, if we are talking about what men are looking for in a physical sense, it seems science has worked that out for us.

In October 1932, the S.H. Camp and Company were the first to measure cup size by the letters of the alphabet, A, B, C, and D, though the letters represented how pendulous the breasts were and not their volume. Camp’s advertising in the February 1933 issue of Corset and Underwear Review featured letter labeled profiles of breasts. Cup sizes A through D were not intended to be used for larger breasted people.

Breasts are different around the world… Australia and New Zealand use a permutation of the British system. Cup sizes are the same, but Australia’s bra band measurement system is based on dress sizing charts. However, dress sizes and cuts are calculated for B and C cups only, so basing the choice of band size upon dress size is not an accurate way to get the bra size. Depending upon a person’s build, a size 16 may wear a 16 C (UK 40 C), a 14 DD, 12 F or a 10 G (UK 34 G) underneath their clothes, because all bra sizes are made for the same chest circumference.

Manufacturer Fruit of the Loom attempted to solve the problem of finding a well fitting bra for asymmetrical breasts by introducing Pick Your Perfect Bra, which allow people to choose a bra with two different cup sizes, although it is only available in A through D cup sizes.

Making Your Male Breast Enlargement Program More Successful

Are there things you can do to make your male breast enlargement program more successful?

Yes!

Get plenty of sleep. You are asking your body to grow and this takes energy. You do not want your body to be too tired to make your breasts grow. Getting the right amount of rest will ensure that your body can use the supplements you are taking to their best advantage. There were some nights I would go to sleep and the next morning I could tell my breast were bigger.

Eliminate Stress. We live in a stress filled world and that stress can interfere with the best functioning of your body. Take mental and physical breaks that allow you to relax more during the day.

Smart Physical Exercise. You are starting to induce new breasts to appear – this is not the time to do heavy physical activities nor to start a weight loss program. You want your body to work on adding fat cells to your breasts and making new connective tissue – not be busy building up muscle tissue in your arms and legs. Do enough exercise to keep fit and keep your circulation system going – this will help nutrients and phyotoestrogens to reach your your new breast tissue.

Reduce Your Caffeine. Simply put, too much caffeine can interfere with the functioning of the “hormonal” supplements you are taking. Does this mean you can’t have any caffeine at all? Probably not. Although this is a good opportunity to take a break from drinking coffee or tea. And I definitely would stay away for sodas that have caffeine in them.

Eat Wisely. Add a protein shake with whey or hemp powder with soy or almond milk and a little ice cream to your breakfast each day. Eat well balanced organic meals and supplement your diet with flax seed oil or fish/krill oil for the omega fats. You want to add the nutritional building blocks that your breasts need to grow…

Generally, these are all suggestions that one should incorporate for a healthy life. Starting up a male breast enlargement program is also a good time to fine tune your healthy living lifestyle.

Poll: When Did You Know You Wanted Breasts?

Poll: When Did You Know You Wanted Breasts?

Here is a poll for you to participate in!

I was in my early fifties, when I woke up one day and decided to find out if a man could grow breasts. I had read decades earlier about the possibility of male breast growth in an anthropology text, but never really thought about it.

Then, I suddenly needed to grow breasts of my own and began my search on how to do it… I found several websites providing products for women to enhance their breasts, then I discovered the Transfemme website with its bovine ovaries product to induce male breast growth and feminization…

Then I got a copy of Flat to Fem where I learned how to use phytoestrogens to grow my breasts. And soon I was on my was to fulfilling this deep personal demand.

I am curious… How old were you when you just knew you wanted to have breasts – not as a fantasy, but for real…

How Old Were You When You Realized You Wanted to Have Breasts?

You can check the latest results by clicking on the above link, but here is a average of what the poll has been showing overtime:

  • 18-21 – 36%
  • 21-30 – 3%
  • 30-40 – 12%
  • 40-50 – 9%
  • 50 and over – 40%

It appears that the two largest groups having a “Breast Realization” are those who have just reached adulthood (18-21) and those who have had a chance to live life as a “regular” male and now want something else (50 and over).

I am not sure what conclusions to draw from this data… It should not be surprising that those men who have just come into their own sexually are open to having breasts (while still staying male or going towards being a woman). They are in the exploration period – checking out personal boundaries and figuring out who they really are.

But if you did not recognize an inner desire for female breasts early on, for most males it won’t be until you are, at least thirty, before realizing the possibilities. And for those who are 50+, perhaps it is becoming both comfortable with once self and/or financially comfortable that allows one to consider making oneself a new gender.
