You have thought about having female breasts for awhile. And perhaps you have been fantasizing about having female breasts for years. Now your are ready to get started with male breast enlargement. What else do you need to know?
First you need to be consistent in your breast enlargement program. Once you start taking your supplements or using a breast cream or doing both, you need to use them everyday.
And after a couple of weeks, you should be noticing something in the breast area – tingling and sensations that are signs that your breasts are actually beginning to grow. But your results will not become permanent until you have used your supplements for at least 3 months and generally it is a good idea to continue for at least 6 months. And, of course, depending upon your personal response to breast enlarging supplements, you may want want to have larger breasts than you have yet grown and will want to continue with your program.
But perhaps you are not yet certain what supplements to take or how much to take. Should you make your own program or use commercial products? And do you really believe it will work? And what should you be eating? You may have thought you were ready, but perhaps you still have many unanswered questions.
Many of your answers are strewn across the Internet – some are at my website and some will eventually appear on this blog.
But if you want a lot of information about how a man can grow breasts all in one place and available to you almost immediately, than I recommend you get a copy of Lucille Sorella’s Flat to Fem, A Male Breast Enlargement Guide. I need to disclose to you that if you decide to purchase a copy of this ebook and use a link from this website, I will receive a commission. So keep that in mind as you read this post.
Personally, I purchased the downloadable ebook and when it was available the hard copy of the guide as well as an audio version. And I found the guide very useful. It not only told me how phytoestrogens work and which ones to either take or look for in commercial products, but it let me know about massage techniques, and nutritional tips, and other details that support and enhance the growth process.
But what was equally valuable, for me, was learning that other men had actually grown breasts using herbal supplements and that I could, too. I experienced a psychological change after reading this guide – many of my doubts and concerns just evaporated. For me, it made the plunge to change myself easier.
You may want to follow the male breast enlargement program as outlined in the Flat To Fem Guide or use commercial products or mix and match. I think it a useful resource no matter how you pursue breast enlargement. I have corresponded with Ms. Sorella and have heard from others that she responded to their questions. Anyway…

Of course, if you have any specific questions about male breast enlargement, feel free to ask them here and I will do my best to answer you from my experiences…

For a man – changing your breasts probably means growing breasts in the first place. But once you decide to enlarge your breasts and they start appearing, does that mean your life has to change to reflect the new breasts?
Not necessarily. Of course, if you are growing breasts as part of a transgender change – then sure, this is part of you becoming a physical woman and that is a whole new life. Or if you are planning to start going out with the girls, more in the crossdressing mode, and/or take on other female roles in society – then your new breasts will help you make those changes in your life.
But what if you want to have breasts and still maintain the male role, at least most of the time. Is that possible? Yes.
I have initiated male breast enlargement and have c cup sized breasts. I am married and live a heterosexual life and still lead the same male societal life as before. Mostly…
I do wear clothes that hide my figure. I do not go swimming in public, but otherwise, my work life and my friends and family life are basically the same. Besides my wife – no one knows about my breasts.
I am not ashamed of my body or of being a feman (my gender word for a man with breasts and a more feminine outlook) – I just haven’t had the need to share it or to make it obvious. I must admit. I had plans to do more girl time, but the Republican economic recession that started in 2008 forced me to spend more time on basic survival as opposed to gender exploration.
But the point here is this: If you want to express your new breasts in a public way then go for it. But, unless your physique is such that you cannot hide your breasts, then you can keep them from being obvious and need only share your improvements with those who are most intimate in your life.
My male breast enlargement has been one of the best changes in my life ever, but it has not forced me to make unwanted changes in my life – it has just allowed me to be more of myself.
Let me know your experiences and concerns…

How do you know if growing breasts is the right thing to do?
The moment I learned about the possibility of male breast enlargement – something deep inside of me said, “Yes, you need to to do this.” And even before male breast enlargement was real, my imaginary life contained images of me as a woman…
This was not about sex (my heterosexual sex life was healthy and active at the time, as it still is today.)
And this was not about me turning into a woman. I know that many of you who may read this blog are on a path to complete womanhood, and I can understand that desire… But that is not where I am at. I am very content to have breasts and perhaps a more feminine outlook… I rejoice in my feminine side. But I still prefer to stay tilted towards the physicalness of my male body and beyond an occasional “playing,” I live the male role.
Simply put, my desire in growing breasts was just about having breasts – it is what I needed and I am happy to say it is what I now have – C Cup sized breasts. And three years into having them, they still fascinate me on a daily basis. It is like there is a relationship with ongoing new revelations.
In fact, pursuing male breast enlargement and having a pair of breasts is one of the few things I have done right in this life. I feel that rightness everyday!
No matter what turmoil, frustration and doubt, from day to day, I have in the real world – I know that in growing breasts – I got that right.
Is your inner voice calling out for you to have your own breasts? If so, you are not alone, many men have that same desire.
If you have answered that call, how did you know it was the right change to make for you?
I’d love to hear your story…
